Workshop: Stress & Struggle: Burn-Out Prevention (Part 1)

Often workers who provide direct services to the public are required to offer a level of emotional support and involvement that can take a toll on their mental and physical health. This workshop will help employees identify the early warning signs of burn-out and will provide a series of practical tips for self-care and increased vitality at work.

We are now offering this class as a two-part series! Part 2 will be offered January 31, 2017 from 1:30-4:30pm.
