Inclusionary Housing Waitlist Sign up
Inclusionary, Affordable and Workforce housing units are in critical demand in Monterey County. The County assists with equitable housing provision, managing a Waitlist for inclusionary housing units. Households earning under 120% of the Area Median Income (AMI) are invited to join the Waitlist.
Information required to apply includes household income from all household members, whether from work or any other source, and the total number of persons in the household. You will also need an email address. If you do not have one, computers may be available at your local library to set one up.
Completing the form below will determine if you are eligible to be placed on the Waitlist, based upon your income and number of persons in your household. If you are eligible based on your self-certified income, you will receive an application number. Do not lose this number. You will need the application number to update your application in the future.
Applications must be updated annually to remain active on the Waitlist. There is a high demand for affordable units, so keeping your application active is crucial. The County will have no control over applications that are removed from the Waitlist. Currently, the online application site is down, to add your name or update your current application for the Inclusionary Waitlist, please email HousingPrograms@co.monterey.ca.us.
