Project Description: |
Coastal Development Permit and Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map to allow construction of an affordable housing project, including a 90-lot single family residential subdivision on approximately 28.89 acres, and a multi-family lot on 15.98 acres supporting a 125-unit apartment complex. Implementation of the project includes consideration of CalTrans construction and subsequent operation of the future Highway 156 and Castroville Boulevard interchange and three roundabouts punctuating the subdivision, improvements to Monte Del Lago turn from Highway 156, and utility infrastructure improvements. |
