Description: Implement General Plan Policy LU-2.33.c by recommendation to the Board of Supervisors to:

1. Consider an Addendum together with the previously certified Environmental Impact Report for the Monterey County 2010 General Plan.
2. Adopt an ordinance to add Chapter 21.17 to Title 21 (non-coastal zoning) of the Monterey County Code to establish a Mixed Use zoning district, and to add definitions to Chapter 21.06 of Title 21 related to the Mixed Use District.
