This Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills course introduces learners to the four categories of skills. The focus is on learning the skills (versus using the skills with clients). This is a two-day Hybrid course. Learners must attend both days to receive credit for attendance and, Continuing Education credits, if applicable. Learners must also complete pre-learning activities (e.g., reading, videos) as part of the course. Learners will receive Back Out for pre-learning and classroom time.
