Voting Rights: Conservatorship

Individuals who are under conservatorship may still have the right to vote unless a court specifically disqualifies them from voting.

Individuals who are unable to sign their voter registration cards are still able to vote and may mark the voter registration signature box with a cross, a mark or signature stamp. They may also receive help in completing the form and the person helping the voter need only to provide their information in the space provided on the registration card.

For more information regarding conservatorship and voting, please visit the Secretary of State’s website.
