Monterey County CUPA Programs

The Hazardous Materials Management Services (HMMS) is designated as the local Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) in Monterey County and is responsible for inspecting facilities in the County to verify proper storage, handling and disposal of hazardous materials and hazardous wastes.
