The MCWRA monitors groundwater levels in the Salinas River Groundwater Basin at regular intervals with a groundwater level monitoring network that currently consists of 27 MCWRA-owned dedicated monitoring wells. A map showing the locations of these wells is below. Groundwater elevation hydrographs for each well can be seen by clicking on a well in the map and then clicking the hydrograph image. A list of wells by aquifer is also below.
