MATCH ME WITH A COACH
Departments are responsible for coaching service fees that range from $250 - $450 per hour for one-on-one coaching sessions. Coaching service fees vary depending upon the type of coaching requested.

Upon approval from your manager/supervisor and Director, complete and submit a "Match Me With a Coach" coaching services application form.

Complete and submit a "Match Me With A Coach" questionnaire.

Based on your responses to the "Match Me With A Coach" questions, you will receive up to 4 coaches' biographies for your review.

Determine if you would like to have a complimentary introductory phone call with on or more of the coaches to help assess for fit between you and the coach.
