SEPTIC SMART WEEK

Join us for Septic Smart Week September 14-18.

Septic Smart Week is a nationally recognized week about education to home owners with septic systems and the importance of maintaining their septic system. Resources are made available to the public through the EHB website and the EPA website www.epa.gov/septic/septicsmart-week that will help homeowners extend the life of their septic system.

The EHB is recommending that the Board of Supervisors proclaim September 14-18 as Septic Smart Week! The draft resolution to approve the proclamation is scheduled for consideration and approval by the Board on September 15th, 2020. See the draft resolution here.
