How to Access California's Digital Vaccine Record System
The Digital COVID-19 Vaccine Record (DCVR) has been well utilized by Californians, allowing convenient access to one’s personal COVID-19 vaccine record. The California Department of Public Health is excited to announce the expansion of the DCVR to include all vaccines, thereby providing digital access to one’s immunization record from the California Immunization Registry (CAIR). This new Digital Vaccine Record (DVR) portal provides a much-desired service, giving California residents easy access to their immunization history.
As a reminder, only vaccines entered into CAIR by your medical provider or pharmacy will be available in the Digital Vaccine Record.
