TAKE THE LEAD

How are you taking the lead while serving internal and/or external customers? You’re invited to tell us by using the form at the bottom of this webpage to submit a:

1. Quote related to taking the lead to serve customers.
2. Statement (under 75 words) focused on how you take the lead to serve customers.
3. Zoom recording,  featuring you and/or a colleague(s), sharing how you take the lead to serve customers. Videos should be no longer than 30 seconds.

You’re invited to submit your photo along with your quote or statement.
