The Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Team falls under the Monterey County Information Technology Department. The O&M Team is responsible under this SLA for maintenance and operational support so that the System meets the standards as designed and tested per the final System Acceptance Test Plan (ATP). The system is operated and maintained by a cross- functional matrix team consisting of select members of the ITD staff. Additional information regarding this team and their responsibilities is outlined in Exhibit B, paragraph 8, A of the NGEN Services Agreement.
