County Calendar

Monterey County Community Health Center Board will meet Tuesday, October 13th from 3:30 to 5 pm.  

The Community Health Center Board is the Governing Board to Alisal Health Center, Laurel Family Practice, Laurel Vista, Laurel Internal Medicine, Laurel Pediatric Clinic, Bienestar, Monterey County Clinic at Marina, Marina Integrated Health Care Services, Seaside Family Health Center and NIDO Clinic.

 Important Notice Regarding COVID 19

Pursuant to Governor Newsom’s Executive Order No. N-25-20, any or all members of the Community Health Center Board (“CHCB” or “Board”) may participate in the meeting by telephone conference.
Based on guidance from the California Department of Public Health and the California Governor’s Office, in order to minimize the spread of the COVID 19 virus, the Board shall hold public meetings via teleconference only without providing a physical location for the meeting, while still allowing members of the public to observe and address the meeting telephonically.

1. The public may call into the CHCB meeting by dialing 1-669-900-6833 and enter Meeting ID 918-0888-3133 beginning 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 12, 2020.
2. If you wish to make either a general public comment for items not on the day’s agenda or to comment on a specific agenda item, you may submit your comment via email by no later than 5:00 p.m. on the Monday prior to the Board meeting. Please submit your comment to the Secretary of the Board at ClinicServices@co.monterey.ca.us. You also may make a general public comment or a specific public comment orally via teleconference at the appropriate time on the agenda.  

In an effort to assist the Secretary in identifying the agenda item relating to your public comment please indicate in the Subject Line, the meeting body (i.e. Community Health Center Board Agenda) and item number (i.e. Item No. 10). Your comment will be placed into the record at the Board meeting. Every effort will be made to read your comment into the record, but some comments may not be read due to time limitations. Comments received after an agenda item will be made part of the record if received prior to the end of the meeting.

De conformidad con la Orden Ejecutiva de Gobernador Newsom No. N-25-20, cualquiera o todos los miembros de la Junta del Centro de Salud Comunitario pueden participar en la reunion por conferencia telefonica.
Basado en la orientacion del Departamento de Salud Publica de California y la Oficina del Gobernador de California, para minimizer la propagacion del virus COVID 19, la Junta celebrara reunions publicas por teleconferencia solo sin proporcionar una ubicacion fisica para la reunion, sin dejar de permitir que miembros del publico observen y se dirijan a la reunion telefonicamente.

1. El publico puede llamar a la reunion marcando 1-669-900-6833 e ingresando la identificacion de la reunion 908-414-2949 comenzando a las 3:30 p.m. martes, 8 de septiembre, 2020.
2. Si desea hacer un comentario publico general para los elementos que no estan en la agenda del dia o comentar un element especifico de la agenda, puede enviar su comentario por correo electronico a mas tardar a la 5:00 p.m. del lunes anterior a la reunión de la Junta. Envíe su comentario al Secretario de la Junta a clinicservices@co.monterey.ca.us. Tambien puede hacer un comentario general o un comentario publico especifico oralmente por teleconferencia en el momento apropriado de la agenda.

En un esfuerzo por ayudar al Secretario a identificar el ítem de la agenda relacionado con su comentario público, indique en la línea de asunto, el cuerpo de la reunión (es decir, la agenda de la Junta de Supervisores) y el número de ítem (es decir, el ítem No. 10). Su comentario se incluirá en el registro de la reunión de la Junta. Se hara todo lo possible para leer su comentario en el registro, pero algunos comentarios pueden no leerse debido a limitaciones de tiempo. Los comentarios recibidos depues de un item de la agenda seran parte del registro si se reciben antes del final de la reunion.
