Course Description	This course will review mandated reporting of child abuse and neglect, elder and dependent adult abuse and neglect, and the Tarasoff “duty to warn.”
Target Audience	MCBH & Provider Mental Health Professionals who work with clients in Public Behavioral Health
CEUs	BBS Credits: 3 hours provided to LCSW, LPCC, & LMFT
CEUs	*This training will count towards the required Law & Ethics training required through BBS for associate/licensed application renewal.
