Carmel Valley - Flutter Fun: Scientific Observations and Two Crafts: Butterfly Sponge and Clothespin Butterfly

This summer please join us every Thursday afternoon from 3 PM to 5 PM to learn about butterflies with arts and craft activities with a touch of science!

  • Introduction: Today for Flutter Fun will observe our caterpillars/butterflies and wildflower garden and record our observations in our observation journal. Next, we will create a butterfly using a sponge and create another butterfly using a clothespin! There will be fun activity pages, too!
