Welcome to the County of Monterey's Historical Revenue and Expenditure Data dashboard. It shows trends over time based on departments, units, and funds. Please note that a large portion of the revenue typically comes in during Quarter 4, which is from April 1 to June 30.

Please note actual amounts for the previous fiscal year are unaudited. Please refer to the Auditor-Controller's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for audited financials. Negative expenses can occur in service departments due to the Countywide Cost Allocation Plan (COWCAP).
