The County Employee Wellness Program (EWP) and Monterey County Free Libraries (MCFL) have joined forces to provide our employee workforce with enhanced Well-Being Resources. Through this partnership, County employees will have access to a vast range of materials available through the MCFL online catalog, including the EWP Lending Library book collection.

Guidelines: To borrow items from the MCFL system, follow these simple steps:

To borrow materials, you will need to apply for an MCFL Library Card (Library cards are FREE) by following options:

In-person at your local MCFL branch, or

Through the MCFL online catalog, you can place a hold on any title and request to be sent to the MCFL branch nearest to you for FREE!
