Hours Missing from Timesheet	Users cannot click and select Auto Complete values for hours. Hours must be manually keyed in each time when completing timesheet or hours will disappear after submission.	No resolution available
Being prompted to enter address information for Emergency Contact after completing information	This is occurring because user had a previously existing Emergency Contact from 3.7 where data was missing. 3.10 will not allow missing data. User needs to complete all fields for previously existing contact, then proceed with new contact update.	No resolution available
Unable to Submit Timesheet when entering comments (Timesheet does not submit and no error message is displayed)	This issue occurs when the user enters one or more of the following characters in the Comments section: %, &, " Possibly, hard and soft returns may cause this issue as well.	Update as of 11/7: > Fix delivered by vendor. Testing in progress.
Exempt employee's are unable to submit a timesheet if they do not have time to report		Fix was delivered for this issue. Please contact ERPHELP if you are still experiencing this issue.
User receiving blank page for ESS	- First, try hitting 'refresh' button on browser. - If that does not work, follow instructions in Documents section below to 'Clear Cache Cookies and History from your IE11 Browser'. - If that does not work, try another browser. - If none of the above resolves the issue, contact ERPHELP	Updated 11/7: This issue continues to occur intermittently.
