Information on compensation to Commissioners and employees of LAFCO of Monterey County is available upon request (821-754-5838). Commissioners receive no stipends for attendance at meetings of the Commission or the Commission's Committees. Commissioners may receive reimbursement for mileage associated with the above activities. Reimbursement rates are the same as those used by the federal IRS.
Approved on October 11, 2015, Senate Bill 272 adds a section to the California Public Records Act requiring local agencies by July 1, 2016 to create and annually update a catalog of Enterprise Systems and to post the catalog on the local agency's website.
