Service for customer PCs, network printers, and diskless workstations during standard business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST, M-F excluding holidays).
Includes:
- Procurement planning and support, e.g., order verification, central receiving and secure physical storage of received merchandise
- Hardware deployment, upgrades and moves
- Deployment of software packages
- Troubleshooting of workstation and network printer hardware problems
- Service warranty coordination
- Proper disposal or lease return of equipment
