Please use the form below to file a complaint or make a report for the non-emergency animal issues listed below for the City of Salinas and unincorporated Monterey County areas. Anonymous complaints are not processed so please provide your contact information. We will follow up with you as soon as possible, which is usually 3-5 business days depending on the situation.
