Site with telephone and network access, radio communications for Public Safety, Fire, and Ambulance agencies within the County, provisioned wtih increased reliability with redundancy.

Includes:

• ​Any of the following:
  County owned Site, Tower, and Shelter
  County owned Tower and Shelter on leased property
  County leasing space on Tower and Shelter
• Property lease costs if County owns tower but leases the property
• Site lease costs if County leases space at radio communications site from a leasing agency
• FCC licensing coordination
• Utilities & secondary power requirements (to include generators)
• Annual maintenance inspections of tower, lighting systems and antenna systems and components, shelters, fencing, roads and surfacing
• Scheduled generator maintenance, fuel checks, generator runs
•  Annual site inspections, landscaping or weed abatement to comply with fire prevention code
• Minor and preventive maintenance repairs
