Aquarium entry is free with an EBT card
Monterey Bay Aquarium joins Museums for All beginning May 27, 2024, providing free admission to anyone enrolled in federal food assistance benefits through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), known as CalFresh in California. Qualifying persons receive complimentary entry for up to four people with the presentation of a SNAP Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card and matching ID. For more information, click here.
Consider an Aquarium membership
Enjoy unlimited free admission for a year for up to two adults, plus children or grandchildren up to age 21, with an Aquarium membership. Student, senior and individual memberships are also available. Membership fees support the Aquarium's exhibit, education and ocean conservation and research programs.
