Tai Chi for Energy I
Tai Chi for Energy combines the oldest style of tai chi, Chen, with the newest style, Sun, to improve energy, balance, awareness, relaxation, and increase strength and flexibility. Tai chi principles will be introduced with each session. Tai chi and the principles provide tools to assist with daily activities.
