Tai Chi For Energy I
Tai Chi for Energy combines the oldest style of tai chi, Chen, with the newest style, Sun, to improve energy, balance, awareness, relaxation, strength, and flexibility. Tai chi principles will be introduced with each session. Tai chi and its principles provide tools to assist with daily activities. Instructor: Liana Olson, Senior Trainer & Board-Certified Tai Chi for Health Institute.
