Services
Through the Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System, we offer several levels of substance use care including case management, outpatient, intensive outpatient, residential, withdrawal management, and narcotic treatment services. Services are provided throughout the county through various service providers. When you contact us for services, you will be given an appointment for an intake or evaluation to help us better understand your needs.
Our mental health and substance use services are available for Monterey County residents who are Medi-Cal beneficiaries, uninsured, or undocumented. All substance use services are available to individuals 18+, while some treatment services may be available to youth.
All of our service providers strive to create a supportive environment, where individuals feel heard and empowered on their path to recovery.
Accessing Care
You can request an intake or assessment by:
- Calling the ACCESS line at 1-888-258-6029 to speak to an ACCESS representative who can help you find the right service for you or someone you care about. Our lines are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and our services are available in both English and Spanish.

If you have private insurance coverage through a health plan, it is recommended to call the health plan directly to get a referral to a covered mental health provider.
